Building Capacity in Bladder Accumulators for Global Markets

We are pleased to share highlights from our successful visit to our China-based bladder accumulator manufacturing partner. The facility’s engineering and quality systems are designed for modern hydraulic applications that require dependable energy storage, pulsation dampening, shock absorption, and emergency power support.
The product range covers standard volumes from 0.5 to 50 litres, with larger capacities available on request. Designs support working pressures up to 330 bar and are built with high-strength carbon-steel shells, with stainless options for corrosive environments. Porting options include BSP, NPT, and SAE. Serviceability is a core feature: units incorporate a serviceable nitrogen valve and anti-extrusion poppet, and replacement bladders and charging tools are maintained as standard after-sales items.
Compliance and documentation are comprehensive. Products are available with PED 2014/68/EU (CE) and ASME Section VIII options, supported by Certificates of Conformity and EN 10204 3.1 material certificates. Pressure-test records are retained, and engineering practices align with EN 14359 and ISO 4413 guidance to support safe integration into industrial systems.
In operation, the accumulators deliver high charge/discharge efficiency and fast response characteristics. Correct elastomer selection—NBR, HNBR, FKM (Viton®), or EPDM—ensures long service life across a wide range of fluids and temperatures. Typical applications include metal forming presses, injection moulding, steel processing, marine systems, and mobile machinery.
Our visit reinforced confidence in the manufacturer’s reliability, serviceability, and regulatory alignment. We look forward to supporting customers with specification matching, spare kits, and commissioning assistance to ensure safe and efficient deployment.
