The CDZ-Y Nitrogen Charging and Pressurization Unit is a portable device designed for the safe filling and pressurization of nitrogen gas in hydraulic accumulators (bladder, piston, and diaphragm types). The hydraulic system, gas circuit, and electrical control unit are integrated into a single mobile frame. It can supply N₂ pressure up to 42 MPa and enables controlled gas transfer to accumulators.

The unit provides a fast and reliable solution for on-site maintenance, charging, or pressure adjustment applications. With its compact design, directional control valve, and secure holding system, it ensures operator safety and pressure stability.
