Intelligent Flexible Charger utilizes an AC/DC architecture for electric vehicle charging, comprising a centralized cabinet and multiple charging units.

 

This cabinet executes energy conversion and power distribution with scalable output capacities of 720kW.

 

It integrates modular 40kW air-cooled AC/DC conversion components alongside a dynamic power sharing mechanism that accommodates configurations with up to 12 charging ports.

 

Terminals feature adaptability for configuration and future upgrades. By dynamically allocating power resources, the system optimizes charging operations to minimize energy consumption, effectively decreasing infrastructure investment costs.

User terminals and power distribution units can be flexibly positioned, making the system adaptable to various applications such as urban centers, sloped areas, and highway service hubs. It can also be customized for different vehicle types, including passenger cars, buses, and trucks.

The noise source is the power unit, which can be installed away from the user area. With liquid-cooled terminals, the noise level is below 55 dB, while air-cooled terminals operate at nearly 0 dB, ensuring a quiet charging experience.
