CDZs-D1 Nitrogen Charging Vehicle is an electromagnetically valve-controlled hydraulic charging unit designed for pressurizing bladder, piston, and diaphragm-type accumulators with nitrogen. The hydraulic system, gas circuit, and electrical control panel are integrated into a single mobile body. It is manufactured with working pressure options of 25 MPa and 35 MPa, and available in 1.6 L, 2.5 L, or 4 L filling capacities.

During operation, the piston moves back and forth to compress the N₂ gas to the required pressure and transfer it to the accumulator. Once the preset pressure is reached, a limit switch automatically stops the operation. With its compact design, front panel with pressure gauge, safety valve system, and mobile wheels, it provides a practical and reliable solution for maintenance, service, and on-site applications.
